21 Invest Italy has identified Clessidra Private Equity as the ideal partner to continue to support the further evolution of Viabizzuno. Mario Nanni (Viabizzuno Style Director), Corrado Colli (CEO), Sebastiano Vasta (COO) and Simone Balsimelli (CFO) will support Clessidra in this transaction through the re-investment in a minority stake in the company and maintaining their respective roles.
