TVH Consulting acquires a cybersecurity specialist

The ERP & Business Intelligence solutions expert kickstarts the roll-out of its platform strategy with the acquisition of Fidens, first build-up under 21 Invest France’s tenure.

Founded in 2002, Fidens is a French cybersecurity specialist assisting more than 200 clients in security management and risk identification thanks to a comprehensive range of services:

Strategic & Operational consulting with regulatory support
Organizational & Technical audit notably with intrusion tests
Training with or without certification
Software edition with the development of in-house security management solutions

All services meet the highest standards of quality and are ISO certified when relevant.

Fidens is a renowned player in the cybersecurity space and has managed, to become a key contributor to the evolution of its sector thanks to its strong expertise in technical, procedural and organizational matters.

This acquisition allows TVH Consulting to enlarge its value proposition with a new promising activity. Indeed, the group expands towards the highly strategic cybersecurity market while benefiting from strong synergies with its existing ERP & BI solutions. Together with Fidens, consolidated sales should amount to c. €M 40 in 2022.
