21 Invest France is a portfolio management company approved by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) under the number GP 99-06 on February 1999 with the status of alternative investment fund manager under European Directive 2011/61/EU. 21 Invest France manages professional private equity investment funds not subject to AMF approval and reserved for qualified investors.

As a result, and prior to any investment decision, we recommend investors to take note of warnings and risk factors set forth in the regulations of the Fund.

Policy to prevent and manage potential conflicts of interests

In accordance with the current regulation, 21 Invest France has a policy for preventing and managing potential conflicts of interests to detect and, if necessary, to deal equitably conflicts of interests which may arise in conducting activities. The identification of conflicts of interests led 21 Invest France to develop a mapping of the main sources of potential conflicts of interests resulting from its organization and/or its activities which could be detrimental to the interests of its clients.

Client complaints management

In accordance with the current regulation, 21 Invest France has established a procedure for the management of client complaints.
Only statements regarding customer dissatisfaction against 21 Invest France are concerned. Information requests, advice, clarification or service delivery are thus excluded from this policy.

21 Invest France (i) will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within a maximum period of ten business days (except when the answer can be provided within this period), and (ii) shall respond to the client by email or mail within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt of the claim, except in the event of duly justified special circumstances of which the client will be kept informed.
In case of rejection or refusal to satisfy all or part of the claim, the response provided will specify the possible remedies, including reference to and details of the “Médiateur” of the French Financial Markets Authority:
