21 Partners is in exclusivity to acquire a majority stake in Impact Group, a French leader in operational marketing, alongside the company’s three founding partners. 21 Centrale Partners IV is expected to deploy roughly €M 25 in equity.With sales above €M 45 and annual growth of over 25%, Impact Group operates three main activities: sales force outsourcing, commercial animation and merchandising for large corporate clients.Impact Group provides high value-added services in a market supported by a growing trend of operational marketing outsourcing. Impact Group enables clients to improve their responsiveness and flexibility while at the same time benefiting from the most recent developments and expertise in the field, notably the utilization of digital tools and innovations.Jacques Rossignol, Managing Partner, and Fabrice Voituron, Principal, declared: “We would be delighted to continue the exceptional history of Impact Group, participating in the development of a leader in a growing market in France and abroad.
