21 Centrale Partners is pleased to announce the nomination of Agnès Touraine to its Supervisory Board.Agnès Touraine is an accomplished media executive with longstanding expertise in publishing and interactive media. She held such positions as Chairman and Chief Executive of Vivendi Universal Publishing, Vivendi Games and Havas Interactive as well as Head of Hachette’s Consumer publishing after having started her career at McKinsey.After serving for blue-chip publishing and media companies, Agnès Touraine founded Act III Consultants, a management consulting firm advising top executives eager to boost the growth profile of their companies, and more recently Act III Gaming, a consultant agency helping companies finding ‘serious games’ to meet their training and communication needs. Agnès Touraine also acts as non-executive Director of Neopost SA (mailing solutions & mailroom equipment), Director of Darty plc (multinational consumer electronics retailer) and Administrator of the Women’s Forum, the Institut Français des Administrateurs, as well as the French American Foundation.Agnès Touraine received an M.B.A. from Columbia University, a Law Degree from La Sorbonne University, and graduated from Institut d'Etudes Politiques Paris.Gérard Pluvinet, Founding Managing Partner of 21 Centrale Partners, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Agnès to our Supervisory Board.
