Stefano De Rossi, Partner, joined 21 Invest in 2012 and has been involved in supporting the success of realized portfolio companies Forno D’Asolo, leading Italian frozen bakery products company, and Assicom, primary provider of B2B credit collection services. Stefano has been increasingly involved in the implementation of value creation strategies within 21 Invest’s portfolio companies over the past 12 years, which currently include SIFI, Philippe Model, Aussafer and Energreen. Prior to joining 21 Invest he worked at PwC for five years. Stefano holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Venice.

Marco Mancuso, Partner, joined 21 Invest in 2021. Marco is involved in the implementation of value creation strategies within 21 Invest’s portfolio companies, which currently include Witor's, In&Out and Trime. Prior to joining 21 Invest, he worked for four years at Bain & Company and for six years at Wise Equity. Marco holds a degree in Management from Bocconi University and a Master in International Management from CEMS.

Riccardo Spigariol, Principal, joined 21 Invest in 2016. Riccardo has gained a growing experience in the investment team and has been involved in some 21 Invest’s portfolio companies, which currently include Zonin, Philippe Model and In&Out. Prior to joining 21 Invest, Riccardo worked for two years at Alantra. Riccardo holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from Bocconi University.

In their new roles, Stefano, Marco and Riccardo will be involved alongside the entire 21 Invest investment team in continuing to implement the value creation strategies of current portfolio companies and deploying its 4th generation fund.
