Founded in 1976, PittaRosso is a leading Italian player in retail shoe distribution, with a chain of directly operated stores. In January 2015, 21 Investimenti sold 90% of its stake in PittaRosso to Lion Capital, a retail & consumer business focused investment firm, with the remaining 10% rolled over alongside Lion Capital and PittaRosso management to pursue the company’s ambitious development plan in Italy and abroad.
