21 Invest France to exit FMA Assurances

An agreement has been reached to sell the French insurance brokerage company FMA Assurances to leading Canadian insurance services group Synex. The transaction is expected to close in Q1 2026, subject to customary approvals, and represents Fund V’s sixth exit to date.
