21 Partners and Benini announce a public tender offer for RGI Group

21 Partners, the International private equity group, and Sirius Holding of Paolo Benini, founder of RGI Group, announce a voluntary public tender offer for RGI S.p.A., through their joint holding company Afrodite that owns 80,3% of Newco Diana, the vehicle responsible for the operation. The offer is subject to a threshold of 90% of the share capital of RGI to be delivered, as noticed today to Consob and Borsa Italiana.

RGI Group is one of the most dynamic ICT companies in Italy, with a proven leadership position in the provision of software, consulting and outsourcing services specifically for the insurance industry. Since 2004, RGI is listed on the Italian Stock Exchange - Expandi Market Class 1 and operates in Italy, France and Ireland.

Mediobanca advised Sirius Holding in the selection of the most suitable financial partner and assisted Newco Diana for the takeover offer.
