21 Partners, the International private equity group, and Sirius Holding of Paolo Benini, founder of RGI Group, announce a voluntary public tender offer for RGI S.p.A., through their joint holding company Afrodite that owns 80,3% of Newco Diana, the vehicle responsible for the operation.
