February 14, 2017

21 Centrale Partners’ governance is evolving to live up to its ambitions.

François Barbier, currently Managing Partner, is appointed Deputy General Manager to Gérard Pluvinet, Chairman. He is thus responsible for the implementation of the investment strategy for the fifth generation of 21 Funds in France.
François Barbier will subsequently be called upon to succeed Gérard Pluvinet in early 2019, when the latter is expected to join the Supervisory Board.

Cédric Abitbol becomes Advising Partner, in charge of Client Services and Best Practices.

A transversal role of Finance & Structuring Officer is handled by François Tranié, who has been at 21 Centrale Partners since 2006.

Finally as part of this evolution Jacques Rossignol, Managing Partner since 2014, is leaving the 21 Group.

The 21 France Investment Committee now brings together the Senior Investment team, with decisions made by the Managing Partners and Partners, namely Gérard Pluvinet, François Barbier, Stéphane Perriquet, Fabrice Voituron and Antoine Vigneron.

21 Centrale Partners strengthens its governance while actively pursuing value creation for the Fund IV. This new structure is set up to carry out the new investments of the Fund V, continuing to highlight the values of the 21 Partners Group shared with the other European teams.
