21 Centrale Partners to acquire Impact, French independent leader in operational marketing

21 Partners is in exclusivity to acquire a majority stake in Impact Group, a French leader in operational marketing, alongside the company’s three founding partners. 21 Centrale Partners IV is expected to deploy roughly €M 25 in equity.

With sales above €M 45 and annual growth of over 25%, Impact Group operates three main activities: sales force outsourcing, commercial animation and merchandising for large corporate clients.

Impact Group provides high value-added services in a market supported by a growing trend of operational marketing outsourcing. Impact Group enables clients to improve their responsiveness and flexibility while at the same time benefiting from the most recent developments and expertise in the field, notably the utilization of digital tools and innovations.

21 Invest France completes its management transition

Announced in 2017, the new governance is now effective and François Barbier becomes CEO of 21 Invest France, succeeding Gérard Pluvinet who joins the Supervisory Board. Meanwhile, the team has signed four acquisitions for its new Fund, which now counts five investments in total.
