21 Centrale Partners wins the Real Deals Private Equity Award 2017 for "France & Benelux deal of the year" with Digital Virgo

21 Centrale Partners won the “France & Benelux Deal of Year” award for Digital Virgo at the 2017 Real Deals Private Equity Awards ceremony, held in London on April 19th.

The widely-renowned ceremony, gathered more than 700 prestigious industry practitioners for its 17th edition to reveal its highly-prized symbols of recognition across the private equity world.

Deal of the Year nominees were assembled following research carried out by Real Deals and Cass Business School, with support from Preqin data. Then, a selected judging panel of GPs chose the 2017 winners.

Digital Virgo was also shortlisted among the 9 regional winners for the “Grand Prix Deal of the Year”.

21 Invest France completes its management transition

Announced in 2017, the new governance is now effective and François Barbier becomes CEO of 21 Invest France, succeeding Gérard Pluvinet who joins the Supervisory Board. Meanwhile, the team has signed four acquisitions for its new Fund, which now counts five investments in total.
